My exchange experience was difficult, challenging, at times heartbreaking -- and I am so greatful I had the opportunity. I grew as an individual. I gained understanding of others that I have tried to apply in all aspects of my life. Going to Norway made a significant positive impact on the person I am today. I enjoyed my wonderful host family and made great friends -- but more important than the fun I had -- was the impact those people and that experience had on me. I would not trade it for the world.
