American overseas applicants, etc.) got in at discounted prices!

The Red-Hot Metro Peppers of Dallas-Fort Worth have monthly meetings
featuring international food and games. This group also planned a road
trip for all Oklahoma and Texas alumni.
International student day trips in New York City. Alumni have taken
international students ice skating in Central Park, to the Empire State
building, a gospel church in Harlem, the Metropolitan Museum of Art
and many other great locations.
In Boston, alumni organized a day at the beach for their field. They
invited international students, volunteers, staff and current as well
as prospective host parents. It was a wonderful opportunity for alumni
to connect with the rest of the field.
Monthly happy hours have been a huge success in metropolitan areas such
as, Dallas, Metro-D.C., New York and Seattle due to the large numbers
of young professionals and college students in those areas. Visitors
are welcome!
