Orientation Specialists

Pre-Departure:
Each spring Pre-Departure orientations happen all across the country. Alumni play a key role in making the Pre-Departures a success in their regions. Who better to prepare a student for their exchange than a well-trained and enthusiastic alumnus!

Boston, Chicago, Colorado, Los Angeles, Metro-D.C./Maryland, Michigan, Northern California, New York and Seattle area alumni take an active role in assisting their regional offices with coordinating, planning and facilitating at the Pre-Departure orientations in their areas.

American Overseas Re-Entry:
These fall meetings are great ways for alumni to meet other alumni in the area, reconnect with YFU, learn about volunteering and international careers, build their cross-cultural communications skills, and have a lot of fun!

Thank You's
