CSIET Cover Contest 2007

Each year, CSIET evaluates U.S.-based high school exchange programs and publishes the results of this evaluation in the Advisory List of International Educational Travel & Exchange Programs. This book is then sent to every high school in the United States so that schools, families, and students can identify reputable exchange organizations. Each year, over 30,000 copies of the Advisory List are distributed.

CSIET is pleased to announce its fifth annual cover design contest. Secondary school exchange students inspired by their experiences are encouraged to submit artwork representing the spirit of youth exchange. All contest details, including an application form, are now available on the CSIET website.

Students participating in Summer 2006, Fall 2006 semester, Spring 2007 semester, or Academic Year 2006-2007 programs may enter. We welcome a variety of media, including graphic design. Graphic design entries should be submitted both as a hard copy and an electronic copy on disk, in their original file format. CSIET cannot consider any entries with references to specific exchange organizations, sports, or high school graduation.

Entries must arrive at the CSIET office on or before Wednesday, March 21, 2007. The winner will be notified in writing by May 19, 2007.

The winning design and the names of the artist and sponsoring organization will be included in the book. In addition, the artist will receive a cash prize of $500.
