Alumni Referral Participants: After receipt of this form, a YFU volunteer will contact you to discuss your exchange experience. Remember, to be a participant, you must be an alumnus/alumna from no more than five years ago. Please submit this form after filling it out completely.

Alumni Referral Screeners: Upon receipt of this form, the Screener Coordinator will contact you to talk about the screening process and your availability. All YFU alumni living in the U.S. are eligible to become screeners. Please submit this form after filling it out completely.
