Outbound Community College Programs (CCP) Application Process
Step 1 - Get the application.
- Download the CCP Outbound Application
- Request application via Fax on Demand by dialing 1-800-482-1592
- Request mail delivery of application by calling the CCP Office at 1-800-424-3691
Step 2 - Complete the application.
Detailed instructions and a check list are included with the application. The entire application
and admissions packet must be complete. Please contact Community College Program staff at 1-800-424-3691
with any questions.
Step 3 - Return the application by mail.
Mail your completed application with a check payable to YFU USA for the $50 application fee to:
